How to Sunday: Refreshing Home with Coyuchi & Il Buco Vita Pt 1
making coffee in bed feel like room service, and styling a lazy-fancy table
Today’s post is in partnership with my pals at Coyuchi and Il Buco Vita. If you want to work with Lazy-Fancy give us a shout at ciao@oliviamuniak.com
Before heading back to Los Angeles, I spent a relaxing weekend with my family out East — and, of course, made time for a stop at my favorite homewares haven, Il Buco Vita. All the rustic-yet-refined Italian ceramics you see on my table and Instagram feed are sourced from my familia at Vita. If you haven’t been, they’re hosting a pop-up with the organic linen company Coyuchi through June 22nd at the Il Buco Vita Amangansett store, and I couldn’t resist the chance to give my home a little summer refresh.
After six months of nomadic living, it’s the comforts of home I’ve been craving most — my own bed, cooking in my kitchen, and those slow weekends spent puttering around the house. So here’s how I like to Sunday.

My Sundays begin with a slow morning in my PJs. Coffee in bed is, in my opinion, a love language, and I’m a firm believer that your bed should feel better than any hotel stay. I upgraded my linens with Coyuchi’s Crinkled Percale sheet set in Alpine styled with Hazel Chambray duvet set in soft, tonal hues that tie in beautifully with my room. Coyuchi’s pieces are made from 100% organic, natural fibers — no toxins, no synthetics — so you can truly relax knowing you’re cocooned in something good. And since there’s no room service (sadly), a cozy robe is essential for bringing my latte back to bed, served in my Bevgana Latte Cup, of course.

Post-Hollywood Farmers Market, I’m back home in the kitchen, sipping a second latte and making what I like to call a lazy-fancy lunch for friends. I stocked up on these thick cotton dish towels — they hold up beautifully to everything from hand-drying to mopping up after a day of cooking. Hosting tip: pull out all your tableware and linens the day before, so setting the table on Sunday feels effortless.
Over time, I’ve built a collection of Vita tablewares I love to mix and match — the traditional green spatterware from the Montegranaro collection layered with the neutral Bevgana pieces. The Pienza decanter which comes in a rainbow of hues is another functional must-have to decorate my table. I added a new Coyuchi embroidered linen runner and striped napkins from the pop-up — a simple seasonal update that instantly makes my table feel fresh. I always recommend picking up a new set of linens at the turn of the season; it’s an easy way to breathe new life into your existing pieces.
The beauty of entertaining at home is just that — it’s your space. I like to decorate with what’s around me rather than overly perfect arrangements. This weekend, I simply clipped a few branches from my lemon tree to create a summery, unfussy centerpiece. Paired with a fresh, seasonal menu, the goal is to create a table that feels full and lived-in — not perfect.
In part two, I’ll be sharing what I cooked for our lazy-fancy Sunday lunch — simple, seasonal dishes that celebrate summer’s best produce and are made to be enjoyed at a table that’s as relaxed as the meal itself. Stay tuned.
